Okay, someone told me they put me up for the running to become the next Ms. Rejection Hotline... Random as all get out but they were really telling the truth. I don't know how I feel about that other than to say I can see their point...
There are a few dudes I know that are nice, don't get me wrong, but keep bugging me, calling me etc. I don't like it. I am nice to a certain point, but if I'm not giving you the time of day, if we have NEVER had any fun times together and I've known you for a while, if I've NEVER returned your calls EVER, and you've had an affair with my voicemail, GET A CLUE. I'm not that into you. Please don't think your dry humor about the things you think I'm into is going to score brownie points. It's a lame attempt to get me to change my mind about you being a buggaboo. Think about it, we have 0-1 mutual friends. That doesn't make us friends automatically. When you are fishing for an invite to do something this weekend with someone you barely know and you can barely get to smile at you, not good idea.

Now let's talk about a long overdue subject: The Cannon Factor. Unless you've been living under a slimy rock, you know Mariah Carey got married recently. Okay. But, the thing that has people scratching their heads is she married NICK CANNON. This runny nose runt is so not even on her level, and will never be. Mariah isn't perfect, but she's a DIVA. She's at the caliber where when someone like that hooks up and marries someone like Nick Cannon, you have to wonder how much of it is because she settled.
Yeah, I said it, she settled. So do you know people who have done that? New term: the Cannon Factor. Because that is what it is. I just call it as I see it. Chris Rock was quoted one time talking about Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri getting together. He said it's like someone told you that "Bentleys went on sale for a dollar yesterday," and you missed it. Yeah, it's now known as the Cannon Factor. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It just looks lopped sided for more than one reason. LOL you heard that first here 6.4.08.
